Question by b: How could I make a Katy Perry “California Gurls” costume for halloween?
I really want to recreate one of Katy Perry’s looks in her “California Gurls” video, particularly the bikini with cupcakes and a blue wig.

can you sew at all? get supplies and sew the outfit or even use puff paints to decorate.
