    * Mineral salts – Minerals such as iron, calcium, and more are obtained from foods such as fruits and vegetables.

    * Fiber – It is obtained mostly from fruits and vegetables and can help in digestion.

    * Vitamins – Most foods contain these, but healthy sources such as fruits and vegetables, should be prioritized.

    Being advised to eat all the above every day may sound blasphemous to people who are used to following strict, restrictive diets. However, keep in mind that moderation and portion control plays a huge part in having a balanced diet. You need to find the balance between all food groups. It is recommended that you ask a physician or dietitian regarding the suggested amounts of food you should eat per day. Not only that, Charlize also eats six small meals throughout her day, instead of eating three big meals.
