Find a dress that you love and buy it a size bigger. You can always have a dress tailored to fit you like a glove.

because you have curves, play them nicely with a sexy black dress, that way you can insinuated all the good stuff, and hide any of the bad, and if you have a small waist, and a bigger butt, try a dropped back, that cuts low in the back, that will play off your nice shape very well, sexy yet very classy!!!

go with black dress, but try to find a dress that suits your personal dressing style so that you don’t look too serious, after all, it a prom night – you have to have a little fun!

go with bold solid colors
don’t try to overdo it
maybe something with a strapless but not too short with splits
have a long dress that overflows your legs

You should wear pink,red,black or blue for your prom girl. Then you should wear a beautiful pair of shoes. Plus some makeup.

if you are light skinned dont do anything w/ too much white or pastel colors…and if you are dark skinned dont do too many bold colors like bright yellow or emerald green or electric blue…if you wanna be fly…do a color you dont see often….a shade of purple….or green…or you can do gold…me and my prom date had a theme…so if you figure out what theme you want then it’ll be easy to find out what style you want..we did “VINTAGE HARLEM” like the 40′s-50′s…and he had an oxford suit and i had a tube dress that was low in the back, flow-y and looked real vintage, and i did my hair and make up with the same theme, pick a theme and then the color, then u’ll be fine ..holla @ me if you need some more help

http://www.PromDressShop.com even has a Beyonce copy/look-a-like dress. So I’d check them out first. Go to the unique dresses the beyonce dress is at the bottom. Or type in beyonce in their search.
